I guess i should do a "real" post...

where do i even start..
the last few weeks are a big blur...
but they've been fantastic. Teejays family is so wonderful. I did a lot of bonding with each of them and now feel like a true member of the Hepburn family. It's a wonderful feeling...knowing that they love me for me.

the days leading up to the wedding were very hectic..but also very enjoyable.

the wedding day itself...WOW. seriously. the most wonderful day of my life other than the day i gave birth to Maia. Everything went well..it was everything that i expected it to be...and more.
Teejay cried more than i did though. lol. that man is so wonderful. everyday i love him just a little more. crazy hey?
anyways...i'm not very good at describing things..but the ceremony was beautiful.
the reception was a bit more hectic...but it went well.
my favorite part of the reception was the slideshow presentation that leanne made for us. It was brilliant. and the water works just exploded from everyone at that point. anyone who had not yet cried their eyes out, did it then. :)
thank you again leanne..you are wonderful.
the only thing that bothered my about the reception was that at the end of the night someone stole about 400 bucks from us, so we didn't break even for the bar. and natalie's tips were stolen. brutal hey? we still cannot fathom who the hell would do that to us on our wedding day, so we're trying to narrow it down. it's hard though. we really felt like we could trust everyone there implicitly. we also had our champaigne and a few other bottles of liquor go missing as well.
i guess not everyone is as honest as we thought and hoped they would be.
but, you live and learn i guess. too bad it cut into our honeymoon fund though. damn jerk that did that will get theirs in the end.... KARMA...it's a bitch.

anyways..our honeymoon was great regardless of the money being tight.
we were going to stop in nelson for a night and then head west to tofino the next day. BUT, after spending a night in nelson, we decided to just stay there. we LOVE nelson. it's so warm and welcoming. and beautiful. some of the things we did was go to the ainsworth hot springs, spend a day at the beach in nelson, stroll baker street, went to see charlie and the chocolate factory, and on our last night there we spent the evening with a bunch people that were SO FREAKING COOL. it was a 50's night at the bogustown pub and there was a hula hoop contest, and a limbo contest, and name that tune. not to mention all the classic cars that were there. the group of people were the nelson road kings http://nelsonroadkings.com/. Teej and i were the youngest ones there, and the older people just LOVED US! it was a blast.
needless to say, we'll be going back to nelson sometime in the future.

now we're home..and it's great to see maia again. she's learned so much even in just a week.

i'm at work right now.so i can't really think. and THANKS A LOT PABLO FOR TAKING SO MANY DAMN CALLS...now i have to monitor like 20 of them for this week!! lol. i'm shaking my fist at you right now!

anyways..back to the grind.
